True grade, clean edges, pad ready
The finished pad is the part of our work that everybody else builds on top of. It gets brought up in lifts, compacted, and shot to grade, then the edges get cut straight so the dimension on the plan is the dimension on the ground. When the forms go down, nobody is chasing a low corner or shaving a high spot with a shovel.
Compaction is documented, not assumed. Density tests before anyone forms keeps the argument out of the project later, and it is what an inspector wants to see if a question ever comes up.
Drainage bedded right
A trench is judged on what you cannot see once it is backfilled. Pipe gets uniform support in clean stone, haunched properly, with the grade held the whole run. Trench walls stay clean and stable so the bedding stays where you put it and nothing settles into a belly two winters from now.
On Park City lots with steep drops and heavy spring runoff, drainage that was installed carelessly shows up as a wet basement, not as a punch list item.

- Site swept and access left usable for the next trade.
