Heber Valley is building fast. Subdivision pads, custom homes on the benches, and commercial site work off Main Street all sit in our regular rotation.
Valley floor ground is deeper soil with irrigation history and a shallow water table near the river bottoms. The benches turn to cobble and clay fast, which changes both your compaction plan and your export numbers.
Work inside city limits goes through Heber City. Outside, it is Wasatch County out of Heber. Different plan sets, different stormwater expectations, and a different tempo than Summit County, so we plan the paperwork before the first machine rolls.
