Park City is where we live and where most of our machines sit at night. Old Town lots, Prospector infill, Deer Valley and Park Meadows remodels, and everything in between.
Old Town is the hardest dirt work in the county. Steep grades, mine tailings, rock, and neighbors ten feet off the property line. Park Meadows and Prospector are flatter with a high water table in places, so drainage and dewatering plans matter more than horsepower.
Sites inside city limits answer to Park City Municipal. Expect a grading permit, a construction mitigation plan, tight haul route and hour restrictions, and a soils district review on any lot with historic mine waste. Silt fence is what gets looked at first on almost every walk.
